Calendar & Sign Up


Our bootcamp is a 6-week program on a revolving schedule (i.e 6 weeks on, 1 week off).


You will need to bring:
  • A set of 5 lb weights
  • An 8 lb medicine ball
  • A mat
  • Gloves

Consider the following when signing up:
3x per week for OPTIMAL results
2x per week for GREAT results
1x per week for GOOD results

Schedule:
Mondays   : 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Thursdays : 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Saturdays  : 8:00 am - 9:00 am
If you miss a class:

 MAKEUP POLICY
Please read this carefully:

The 8:00 am class on Saturdays is our regular scheduled class: you must attend this if you have missed a mid-week workout. If you still need more classes  then you may attend the 9am class offered on the last 3 Saturdays.

Bootcamp tips for success

  • Purchase workout gloves, we use the ground most of the time without mats
  • Bring 5 lbs weights and if you prefer a lightweight workout mat
  • Don't eat a heavy meal 4 hours prior to your workout
  • Hydrate: drink water throughout your day
  • Dress in layers (wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty, this is an OUTDOOR workout)
  • Arrive on time with your weights/mat and ball (if you choose to purchase your own.)
  • Check in with Sue at her car when you arrive.
  • Be mentally prepared for anything
  • Be physically prepared to be challenged
  • Remember your first workout.

3. Bring your completed form, cash or check to the orientation
4. If you have missed the deadline, please consider our "Jump in NOW plus Six" option.

Sign-up includes:

  • Collecting payment and completed registration forms.
  • Fitness Assessment & Body Measurements.
  • A mini bootcamp workout - bring a mat, weights and wear comfortable clothing.
