Your workout will be planned for you ahead of time.

You will be motivated and encouraged, and results will be obvious in 6 weeks.
You will be under constant supervision for proper form.
You will be done in one fast efficient hour, not a minute lost.

You will not need to drive to the gym and spend time looking for parking.

So, how much does it cost?
We DO NOT require annual or monthly contracts, we charge per six week session and post our prices because we know it matters to you!
Our 6-week program is offered 2x or 3x per week. We also offer a 2 installments payment plan for qualified established clients. Please contact us for details.
The current rate for the 6-week program is:
12 workouts $150 (2x per week) (=$12.50 per workout)
18 workouts $215 (3x per week) (=$11.94 per workout)*
6 workouts $108 (1x per week) (=$18.00 per workout)*
6 workouts $$108 (1x per week)
*) we are offering a Saturday 8 a.m workout depending upon total enrolled.
