Our 6-week program is offered 1x, 2x or 3x per week.
Consider the following when signing up:
3x per week for OPTIMAL results - $225.00
2x per week for GREAT results - $160.00
1x per week for GOOD results - $115.00
Schedule:
Mondays : 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Thursdays : 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Saturdays : 8:00 am - 9:00 am
MAKEUPS
WE DO NOT require annual or monthly contracts, we charge per six week session and post our prices because we know it matters to you!
Here's what we offer
Behind every workout with Pinole Valley Bootcamp are two dedicated and highly respected and certified fitness trainers; each with over 25 years of experience in the industry.
Your workout will be planned for you ahead of time.
You won't have to wait for a work-out machine like those at the gym.
You won't have to think about which muscle group you will be working.
You will be motivated and encouraged, results will be obvious in 6 weeks.
You will be under constant supervision for proper form.
You will be done in one fast efficient hour, not a minute lost.
You CAN lose weight and or inches, however, no guarantee/individual results vary depending on caloric intake**.
You will be learning new ways to eat healthy foods.
You will not need to drive to the gym.
You will succeed.

Our Program is based on commitment. Once you are signed up you are on the roster.
Once signed up and you find you'd like to add additional bootcamps to your roster please contact Sue. Additional bootcamps during the session are $15. ea.
