The current 6-week session is under way! (Monday May 13th thru June 24).
Please consider "Jump in NOW plus SIX".

Our bootcamp is a 6-week program on a revolving schedule (i.e 6 weeks on, 1 week off) The dates will be posted here.
We adjust our weekly bootcamp sessions based on the number of enrolled bootcampers.The more bootcampers we sign, the more days we will offer. We will accomodate as best as we can to get everyone in.
Sign-up and payment in advance is required and locations are disclosed upon registration. 

2  or 3 Times Per Week:

Mon and Thur: 6:30-7:30 P.M.
Saturday at 8 a.m.

1 time per week:
Saturday only 8 a.m

How do I join the program?

1. Download the registration form here

2. Contact Sue to reserve a spot for your orientation (dates are posted)

3. Bring your completed form, cash or check to the orientation

4. If you have missed the deadline, please consider our "Jump in NOW plus Six" option.

You must be 18 or older to join

Bring a mat, weights, and  wear comfortable clothing.
