Pinole Valley Bootcamp has changed my view of working out.  It’s not just for weight loss or getting in shape.  PVBC is good for the mind, body and soul.  It gets you outdoors for a breath of fresh air that will help you relieve some stress and clear your thoughts for the day.  I joined in March 2013 and it has completely transformed my body into ways I never thought possible and has given me strength that I didn’t know existed. I was searching for a workout regimen that would offset my sedentary daily lifestyle of sitting in front of a computer, in an office.   Pinole Valley Boot Camp was the answer to my exercise dilemma! The classes 2-3 times a week are outdoors all year round. My body is in constant motion and I am keeping fit and losing inches. Sue and Sharon offer a challenging and creative workout each class. The best spent hour of your life...I promise you! I joined Piniole Valley Boot Camp, June 2012. I have NEVER been a work out enthuisiast, but I was at a point in my life where I wanted a challenge and boy, did I get one! :) Sue and Sharon are two of the most dedicated instructors/trainers and they PUSH you. This hour (2-3 days a week), is not spent playing hop scotch and patty cake. You are being pushed to your limits, but all in efforts to benefit you in the long run. I have enrolled consistently since June '12 and I can't think of anything else I would want to replace boot camp with. The group of boot campers are also very friendly and supportive. For me, it is now a lifestyle change and as long as Sue and Sharon will offer the program, I will be there, weight ball in hand and ready to GO!  -Mia- Jan. 2014

I am so glad I found Pinole Valley Bootcamp! Sharon and Sue, the masterminds behind Pinole Valley Bootcamp, have designed an awesome program that is challenging, effective, and FUN! Each session includes weight training and cardio exercises. Sue and Sharon plan everything out so you don't have to worry about anything and you get a full body workout each and every time. Plus, the great variety of exercises means you'll never get bored. In just one session I've lost three inches off of my waist, I can see that I'm getting toned, and I feel great. Running a mile non-stop used to be a challenge for me, now with Sue and Sharon motivating and pushing me, I'm sprinting up hills carrying weights and it feels great!-

have looked forward to every single session. I never know what we'll be doing but I believe without a doubt that I could not get a better workout elsewhere. I have been pushed so much harder than I could ever even imagine pushing myself at the gym or on a run. I've always preferred to work out solo so I wasn't sure if this kind of class was for me. But I find that I work harder here than on my solo jogs or at the gym. There's something about working out with a supportive group of people that are all out there with you, dripping sweat, struggling through that last push up or lap, that gives me the strength to not give up or slow down. Pinole Valley Bootcamp is a great fitness program. I love that each class is a new and unique experience. I’ve been coming since October 2010 and cannot imagine going back into a gym. I quickly she 40lbs and I continue to get stronger and feel great. I love being challenged and pushed. Sue and Sharon are great at doing both!

"I have really enjoyed boot camp. I know that sounds funny but it has given me a lot of benefits, even just attending once a week. First it made me put myself first for a change, Its given me more energy, its gets me pumped up and something to look forward to at the end of the week. It has helped me look at my eating habits. "Thanks for a great 6 weeks. I was looking for something to kick-start my regular workout and Pinole Valley Bootcamp did the trick. I regularly work out in the morning and I wanted something to supplement my regular routinge. In the 6 weeks with Pinole Valley Bootcamp I lost 4lbs and noticed an increase in my endurance. The workouts were challenging and different every time. I love working out outside. We had days of blistering heat, wind, rain and sun and we worked out in all of it. Our bodies never go used to the routine!        

I reconnected with some old friends and met some new ones too. The cameraderie is great, not matter what your workout level is you are challenged to push yourself a little harder and the group is behind you all the way.
