What is Bootcamp


Pinole Valley Bootcamp is a complete and total body workout focusing on the key components of
fitness: muscle strength, endurance, cardio capacity, abdominal strength, and coordination. 
Enjoy the challenge and enrich your well being while working out with a supportive group of boot campers in  the beautiful outdoors. You will be motivated, encouraged,and inspired while working hard, having fun and getting a fantastic workout in a non-threatening environment. We offer 3 bootcamps per week for each 6-week session.
Schedule:
Mondays   : 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Thursdays : 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Saturdays  : 9:00 am - 10:00 am



We are the only OUTSIDE boot camp in Pinole. Sue and Sharon are top trainers who provide constant supervision and inspiration along with original workouts.
