What is Pinole Valley Bootcamp?

Pinole Valley Bootcamp  is a total body workout, start to finish. Enjoy the challenge and enrich your well being while working out with a supportive group of boot campers in  the beautiful outdoors. Our bootcamp is offered 2x or 3x per week. If you also workout on your days off and  make smart food choices, the results are guaranteed.
You will be motivated, encouraged,and inspired while working hard, having fun and getting a fantastic workout in a non-threatening environment.
 
Is Bootcamp for me?
Bootcamp is physical, challenging and no-nonsense. We motivate you based on your abilities. If you can answer "YES" to any of the following questions, then boot camp is for you!              
  • Do you need to be motivated and held accountable for your workout?
  • Do you need to jump start or upgrade your fitness program?
  • Do you need RESULTS THAT ARE REAL?
What if I am out of shape?

You have to start somewhere! Pinole Valley Bootcamp is tough, we will push and challenge you and hold you accountable. Join us if you are serious about getting in shape and/or losing weight. You will be able to work at your own pace in this bootcamp and there are modifications available for every exercise. You only do what you are capable of doing but you will need to work hard. We WILL get you in shape.

               
Can I try one class?

We don't allow trial classes: this is a 6 week process, you will not be able to judge your success based on trying a class.Our program is based on comittment, you have to join and come in with the mindset of doing the best you can do for the entire 6 weeks.

What exercises are included in the program?


Exercises will vary and include weight training for upper and lower body, balance and core conditioning, interval and circuit training, power training, speed and agility training, obstacle course, run/walk, abdominal work and plyometrics.
Our program includes exercises designed to:
  1. Increase your cardiovascular and respiratory systems
  2. Strengthen your abdominals, postural muscles and gluteals
  3. Reduce your body measurements with sound nuritional choices
  4. Increase your stamina and overall strength

The workout may consist of: 

  • Pushups
  • Situps
  • Lunges
  • Squats
  • Sprints
  • Shuffles
  • Medicine Ball Exercises
  • Planks
  • Full Body muscle work with tubing
  • Abdominal work
  • Stretching

Guaranteed Results!! If you show up according to your schedule and do the work, follow the eating plan and measure your food and workout on the days you are not in bootcamp, you will experience a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. You are going to look and feel better.

3. Bring your completed form, cash or check to the orientation

You must be 18 or older to join
What equipment do I need?

You will need a set of 8lb weights , an 8lb medicine ball and an exercise mat, no need to buy anything else. Pinole Valley Bootcamp provides for your use, as needed, the following:

tubing
jump ropes
yoga straps
ladders
cones
tires
sling shots
bosu balls
steps
body bars
kettle bells
...and other miscellaneous workout equipment

What is "Jump In Now Plus Six?"

Jump In Now Plus Six allows you to start with the program after the session has started. Due to the nature of the program you MUST pay for the remaining classes in the current session AND the following 6-week bootcamp session. We do not allow for just the remaining classes.
